Bridgers is looking for a Scrum Master with at least 3 years of relevant experience to guide Agile and Scrum within cross functional project teams. You will coach the team and its stakeholders, encourage collaboration and help deliver results predictably. You will join the tribe’s Scrum Master community of practice and can take part in a company wide guild to share experience and align ways of working. The role combines 50% onsite work with 50% homeworking.
✅ At least 3 years of relevant Scrum Master experience
✅ Facilitate Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
✅ Apply Scrum consistently and support the Product Owner with the Product Backlog
✅ Help the team maintain its Sprint Backlog and meet the Definition of Done
✅ Track capacity, velocity and progress to improve delivery predictability
✅ Remove impediments, manage risks and issues, and protect the sprint goal
✅ Coach the team towards continuous improvement and self organisation
✅ Guide stakeholders on Agile collaboration and report areas for improvement
✅ Strong English, a collaborative approach and flexibility across disciplines
