Senior Technical Analyst #HIRING at Bridgers 💻🔍. Would you like to use your analytical and technical expertise on a major anti-money laundering monitoring programme? You will help turn AML risks into effective detection scenarios, test scenario logic using historical data and support implementation from configuration through production and aftercare.
You will work closely with business analysts, AML specialists and IT colleagues in a cross-functional environment. This assignment combines technical depth, regulatory impact and room to take ownership. You will work in a hybrid set-up, with two days per week at the client’s office and the remaining days remotely.
✅ Senior Technical Analyst
✅ Major AML monitoring programme
✅ Develop and refine detection scenarios
✅ Test scenario logic with historical data
✅ Support implementation, documentation and aftercare
✅ Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite
✅ English plus Dutch or French
✅ Several years of relevant AML experience
➕ Experience with NetReveal, SAS, SQL or SAP BusinessObjects is a strong asset
➕ A Master’s degree and Agile experience are welcome, but not essential
What you will do
• Translate AML risk analyses into relevant detection scenarios together with a Business Analyst
• Write and refine scripts to simulate scenario logic on historical data
• Review simulation results with AML specialists
• Configure scenarios or develop detection scripts
• Test solutions and support deployment to production
• Build a clear audit trail and contribute to governance materials
• Support change activities and analyse alert volumes and relevance after go-live

You bring solid analytical experience, understand the AML domain and communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders. You work rigorously, adapt quickly and enjoy contributing to team success. Experience with the listed tools is valuable, but we are mainly interested in the expertise and judgement you can bring to the assignment.
