Communication & Training Officer

Communication & Training Officer #WANTED at Bridgers 💬🚀 for the retail transformation program. As Communication & Training Officer, you are responsible for coordinating internal project communication and store training activities within a large-scale retail transformation environment.

You translate complex project information into clear communication for Business & IT stakeholders and ensure everyone is informed and prepared for upcoming rollout waves, new systems and operational changes. You will also coordinate store training schedules, communicate training timing and locations to stores, and organize train-the-trainer sessions ahead of rollout activities 📋

We are looking for a highly organized communicator with experience in project communication, change management or transformation programs who can easily coordinate stakeholders, timelines and operational readiness!
