Bridgers is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 - 5 years experience) to strengthen our HR team in Brussels . In this role, you take full ownership of the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through every step of their journey.
You write and publish job descriptions, engage proactively with candidates, ensure smooth admin follow-up, represent Bridgers at job fairs and events, and support the development of HR processes and internal communication.
