Talent Acquisition Specialist

Bridgers is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 - 5 years experience) to strengthen our HR team in Brussels . In this role, you take full ownership of the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through every step of their journey.

You write and publish job descriptions, engage proactively with candidates, ensure smooth admin follow-up, represent Bridgers at job fairs and events, and support the development of HR processes and internal communication.

With your autonomy, communication skills, and drive to connect people with opportunities, you become the link between top talent and our Business & Technology Consulting teams.

About You
✅ 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, selection, or consultancy
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong interest in HR & Talent Acquisition
✅ Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
✅ Organized, proactive, creative, and people-focused
✅ Affinity with IT, consultancy, and professional services environments
